    I bought 2 packs of diamonds and neither has comr through. I have raiswd a ticket a week ago but only received the standard automatic email response and nothing else. Has anyone else got their money back or actually had a response from a human? I was enjoying the app but now im afraid to make any more purchases until its fixed which means im missing out on new cards and theu are missing out on more money
